This Customer Enrolment Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms under which VCS Driver Training (“VCS”, “we”, “us”) provides driver training coordination services to the customer (“Student”, “you”).
By purchasing a training package from VCS Driver Training, the Student confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to the terms contained in this Agreement as well as the VCS Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.
VCS Driver Training operates as a training coordination and booking service.
VCS assists students by:
• guiding them through the HGV licensing process
• arranging training with independent DVSA‑approved training centres
• coordinating booking and administrative steps
VCS does not directly deliver practical driver training unless explicitly stated. All practical training is delivered by independent partner training providers.
The Student agrees to purchase the selected training package as described at the time of purchase.
Packages may include:
• HGV training coordination
• theory test guidance
• CPC support
• practical training arrangement
• test booking coordination
• training centre allocation
The exact contents of the package depend on the option selected by the Student.
The Student agrees to:
Failure to comply may result in additional fees or rescheduling requirements.
After enrolment, VCS will allocate the Student to an appropriate training centre based on location, availability and course requirements.
Training dates are subject to:
• training provider availability
• DVSA test availability
• operational scheduling
VCS cannot guarantee exact training dates until confirmed by the training provider.
The Student agrees to pay the full course fee or agreed deposit before training arrangements can be confirmed.
Payments may be made via:
• debit card
• credit card
• finance provider
• bank transfer
Where finance is used, the finance agreement exists between the Student and the finance provider.
The Student acknowledges that additional costs may apply in certain circumstances including:
These costs are not included in the initial package unless specifically stated.
VCS Driver Training cannot guarantee that a Student will pass any DVSA test.
Test outcomes depend on individual performance, preparation and ability.
If a Student fails a test, additional training and retest fees may apply.
Training centres are responsible for:
VCS is not responsible for the operational management of partner training providers.
VCS does not guarantee passing DVSA tests, test availability or job placement.
Success depends on the customer’s ability and preparation. If a student fails a test additional training may be required and retest fees may apply.
The time required to complete an HGV licence can vary depending on DVLA processing times, theory test availability and DVSA practical test waiting lists.
VCS cannot guarantee a fixed completion timeline.
VCS will arrange training with a suitable centre based on location, availability and course type. In some cases training may be arranged outside the customer’s immediate area.
Customers must attend scheduled training sessions, arrive on time, follow instructor guidance and comply with road safety laws.
Failure to attend training may result in loss of fees.
VCS Driver Training shall not be liable for training centre actions, DVSA test cancellations, DVLA delays or customer failure to pass tests.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the training package.
Some packages may include career guidance or job support. VCS does not guarantee employment.
Customer data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
Customer information may be shared with training providers, DVSA and finance providers where necessary to deliver services.
Customers should contact VCS Driver Training directly if they experience any issues. We aim to resolve complaints within 14 working days.
VCS Driver Training reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
